We recognise that there are some occasions when either a legacy investment, or simply the specific requirements mean that a more “traditional system” has advantages.
This may include situations where a gradual migration program is required. Many systems are now “virtualised” and a hybrid of Cloud solutions and legacy equipment is sometimes a good solution via a “Private Cloud”.

ISDN Switch-Off
Connectivity, particularly for phone systems, from just before the turn of the Millennium until recently, was based on ISDN lines.
Recent advice over the ceasing of these services is that no further supplies of new ISDN lines will take place beyond 2023 and there will be a “forced migration” complete by 2025.
Other leading European countries like Germany have already discontinued and the change process is escalating.
There is therefore a pressing need to address this issue if your phone system or any other services are connected via ISDN before the services are shutdown.
There is good reason however to consider change before then. This can be a great opportunity to reduce costs and improve services by moving to IP.
